  • What do you require when booking a room?
    Valid Photo Identification (e.g., ID or Passport)

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay with cash in person, or use a credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for online bookings.
  • What is the check-out time?
    Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
    If you have arranged for an early check-in or have checked in after 3:00 PM, your check-out time will be 12 hours from your check-in time.
    This policy ensures a full 12-hour stay for all guests who arrive outside of our standard check-in period.
  • Can I store my luggage?
    We provide secure luggage storage for your convenience.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    A 100% refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival.
    If a booking is cancelled 14–29 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued for bookings with more than 9 guests.
    A 25% refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled 8–14 days before arrival.
    No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled 7 days or fewer before arrival, or in the event of a no-show.
    Kindly be advised that all refunds will be charged a 10% admin fee.
  • Are children allowed in the rooms?
    No children are allowed. Ages 18 and above.
  • What is the maximum room capacity?
    Rooms may have a maximum occupancy limit, often determined by the number of beds.
